In the ancient time, there was a man Alawotan he was a hand –working honest , and brave hunter, killing animals with the aid of bow and arrows. He married to a traditionalist, a woman that turned to be heroine both of them settled in Alahoro hill , they lived inside the caves because of fear of external attack. One afternoon , this woman went to the river with pot on her head to fetch water , getting to the river , she saw a tiger in one of the holes inside the river , she employed all necessary means to cover the hole so as to prevent the wild animal escape or go out to hurt or kill the inhabitants as the tiger feeds on raw flesh. She later went home to call his husband in order to kill the tiger. It is very important to note that the woman was not smell odor of gurshot . Alas, the husband came along with skillful hunter with guns in the hand s . As one of the hunter saw the tiger he shot the animal down , the woman smelled the odour of the gunshot was provoked and angrily took to her heel . the husband knew what has happened, ran after her as he was struggling to hold her the ground split apart and the earth opened its month and swallowed her .The spot was named after her as odekunmodo shrine meaning ode-ekun- mo-odo the ancient pot she carried is still there till this present time. Importantly all the indigence of llero do go to the shrine to settled there in the ancient time.
- Alahoro hill [historical site]
Located at llero. This site is owned by the llero community. The apex of the mountain is plain this attracted the inhabitant to settled there in the ancient time - Oniyaaarameje hill [historical site]
Located at Ayetoro-oke town. This site is owned by the Ayetoro-oke community. A rocky hill with water on the apex, the indigenes do go there to swim/to take their bath. The water flows out naturally and river never dry even them dry season - Oke lla hill [historical site]
Located at llero. This site is owned by the llero community. The places is about one hundred metres high and it is about seventy metres long the top the hill is plain.
It also consist of clay loamy soil.
